How long will my order take to make?
I try to complete and dispatch orders quickly, usually within 2 working days. Larger orders and orders that require a lot of cutting may take more time especially during busy periods.
What are the resources made from?
All the resources are handmade. They are printed onto 160 gsm card and then laminated with 250 micron laminating pouches.
Which postal service do you use?
All orders come with free delivery usually 2nd class Royal Mail. Larger orders may be sent by a different courier.
What payment methods do you accept?
I currently only accept payment through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment, you can use the guest payment option to pay with a debit or credit card.
How do I clean the pen off the reusable mats?
Dry wipe pens should come off using a dry cloth. Place the mats on a hard surface and rub with a dry cloth. If there any stubborn marks left you can wipe with an antibacterial wipe and allow to dry before reusing.
How do I personalise a name tracing card or reward chart?
If a product requires a name it should have the option to add the name before you add it to the basket. Please make sure you check the spelling and add a surname if required.
I haven't received my order what shall I do?
After the order is marked as dispatched, please wait for 3 working days for delivery. It may take longer during bank holidays or busy periods. If your order still hasn't arrived, send me a message I will look into it for you.
Do you accept refunds?
If you are unhappy with your order please let me know.
I don't accept returns on personalised items. For all other items, you may return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition.
